Who is this Ariel Winter?Ariel Winter Workman (born January 28, 1998), known professionally as Ariel Winter, is an American actress, voice actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Alex Dunphy in the comedy series Modern Family, as well as the voice of the title character in the Disney Junior show Sofia the First. Winter and her Modern Family castmates have won four Screen Actors Guild Awards for Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series.OK, that helps some, but since I've never watched Modern Family, it doesn't help much.
A few more years, and a few more desserts and she'll be a later day Lena Dunham, wondering why the hot football players won't give her the attention she craves.
